Review by hotel critic
During my recent romantic escape to Le Mas De Gaujac, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the welcome and the comfort of our air-conditioned room, which offered both an inviting ambiance and the necessary amenities for a restful night. The hotel’s location is conveniently nestled just off the A61 motorway, making it perfect for a brief stay while exploring the rich surroundings of Lézignan-Corbières. We enjoyed a delightful meal at the on-site restaurant, La Table du Mas, where the chef showcased daily menus crafted from local market produce—a real treat for food lovers like myself, always eager to connect with the culinary traditions of any region I visit. The peaceful bar area allowed us to unwind with a drink while browsing a complimentary newspaper, further enhancing our relaxing evening. Le Mas De Gaujac combines comfort, convenience, and excellent dining options, making it a perfect choice for travelers like us, who appreciate both historical exploration and the finer aspects of local culture.
